Petpause’s team of pet handlers are trained and supported by inhouse experts who have in-depth knowledge in boarding pets since 1976. All our handlers are also professionally certified under the "Pet Care & Management (Companion Animals)" course by Temasek Polytechnic.
Our pet hotel provides the ultimate luxurious experience for your furkids. All our rooms are fully air-conditioned with in-suite SEALY orthopaedic bed, soothing ambience music and aroma therapy around the clock. We also offer the option to upgrade your furkid’s meals to gourmet meals (NZ Ribeye, Norwegian Salmon, Iberico Pork or Free-range Chicken).

If your pet requires transport to and from our hotel, our rates start from $40 per trip.
